Briefing call
Speak with one of our experienced consultants on your motivations and what you would like to achieve by moving to a different firm.
Target firms
An Illapa consultant will shortlist several companies that fit your needs and career trajectory in a discrete manner, through our expansive network. We will then discuss with you which firms would suit and begin an introduction process.
Resume & Interview Coaching
Each Illapa consultant is trained on reading and writing attorney resumes and transaction lists. We also provide interview coaching which will enable your candidacy to stand out among other applicants.
Expansive Network
Illapa’s long-standing relationships with many of the top law firms globally allow us access to positions that are not yet live. We also use our goodwill with hiring partners to push through your applications in a timely manner.
Offer & Negotiation
We have negotiated many higher job offers or bonuses in the previous few years and either negotiate for you or provide helpful pointers on how to boost your package.
